12-Week Fit Mommies Challenge Finale (Part 1)

So, it’s time for the FINALE of our 12-Week Fit Mommies Challenge!

Aren’t you excited to find out what happened to our 12 beautiful mommies after 12 weeks?

I bet you are!

For this final week’s postmortem post, we’ve gotten each mommy to share about their journey based on these three questions:

  • What’s your conclusion?
  • What did you learn?
  • Did you reach your target?

Let us hear from Mommy Cindy, Mommy Sher and Mommy Rajie!

Mommy Cindy was on a 90-day Tailored Slimming Program by Pure Touch Clinic Bangsar South. This program consists of diet plan plus increase in metabolism through customized liquid medications, supplements and injection.

What’s your conclusion?

“Previously, it never came across my mind that “I’m fat” or “I need to slim down”. But when I look back at my photos taken three months ago, I realized I was actually quite fat!”

“I’m very grateful to BeInformed for creating this opportunity and enrolling me in this challenge with a great sponsor – Pure Touch Clinic Bangsar South! Today, I’m a brand new me; it’s just like my dream came true!”

What did you learn?

“Through this program, I learned that there are many methods for an individual to lose weight and keep fit. Most of the time, these methods are actually effective. But people fail to achieve their target due to the lack of discipline and consistency. It’s not their fault, it could be due to time constraint or juggling between work and family. Therefore, selecting the right method that suits one’s lifestyle is an important factor.”

Did you reach your target?

“Definitely YES! My pre-pregnancy weight was 62kg. I was 63.5kg when I started this program. My target is 58kg and now I’m 57kg. I still have another two weeks to complete my full cycle. Now that I’ve achieved my target earlier, I would like to challenge myself to achieve 55kg as the final breakthrough!”

What’s your conclusion?

“I’m happy I’m able to start yoga again. This program has “forced” me to be fit again!”

What did you learn?

“I learned that there’s such thing as happy fit. I’m actually still gonna continue this journey.”

Did you reach your target?

“I’ve lost 1.5kg only but about 5-6% in fat percentage. I’m also glad that I’m able to fit into this new M-sized dress (see pic above)! I took the risk to buy size M online you know! I used to fit size L because of my heavy bottom. I bought a pair of L-sized pants in the beginning of this challenge but now I’ve gone a size down and I couldn’t wear that pair of pants!”

✍ Editor: Congratulations, Mommy Sher! We love the term happy fit! Let’s inspire more mommies to be happy fit too!

Mommy Rajie practiced clean eating and exercise for 30 minutes to an hour on a daily basis.

What’s your conclusion?

“I was motivated in the beginning of this challenge with clean eating and exercise. However, due to business trips and work stress, I found myself detaching slowly from the challenge. I actually wished I was more disciplined.”

What did you learn?

“By observing other mommies’ journey and progress in this challenge, I learned that it’s possible to achieve our goals. So, I’m planning to extend this challenge on my own accord so that I could reach my goal!”

Did you reach your target?

“Sad to say, I didn’t achieve my goal. However, I’m taking this as a lesson and I want to push myself further to achieve better results!”

✍ Editor: Congratulations, Mommy Rajie! We love your undying learning spirit! We will continue to cheer you on until you reach your goal!
