Aulora Kodenshi in 12-Week Fit Mommies Challenge
After three months, our 12-Week Fit Mommies Challenge has officially ended on 10 September 2018. It has been a rewarding journey to all 12 mommies!
Aulora Kodenshi Pants
Today, we want to dedicate an article for Aulora Kodenshi!
Aulora Kodenshi Pants are medical-grade compression pants imported from Japan. They promote health and instant slimming.
Mommy Joyce chose Kodenshi during the first month of the challenge.

This photo was taken on the first day of the challenge. I was wearing the XL Kodenshi Pants.
This photo was taken in early July whereby I have lost 2kgs when I stood on the weighing scale. I suffered from pretty severe water retention before this and while I wore Kodenshi, I did sweat and also peed more often.
Starting mid-July, I added on TR90 weight management program and wore Kodenshi pants during light exercises.
Being a mom of advanced age (I’m almost 40!) with two active boys under 6 years old, I need more lean muscle mass so that I could be fit enough to keep up with them! The 2kgs that I lost during the first month should have been from water loss (due to water retention) because my muscle and fat percentage remained the same throughout. For a more sustainable result, I need to build muscle.
And so, I added TR90 to my second month of this challenge because this program is able to help build lean muscle faster with some light exercise. So I wore Kodenshi pants during exercise 3 times a week.

Apart from reduced water retention, Kodenshi also helped to alleviate my knee pain, lower back pain and regulated my menses. Guess what, I have zero menses cramps nowadays, not even a slight twinge of discomfort! Moreover I didn’t feel tired at all throughout the four days of menses for the past two cycles since July 2018.

So far, my size has gone down from L/XL to S/M. I can now wear jeans (in photo below) from before I was pregnant with my first boy almost 6 years ago!
